What the Act’s text actually lists
An abortion is permitted if an attending physician licensed in Alabama determines it is necessary to prevent a serious health risk to the unborn child’s mother, with the second-physician confirmation the statute writes, except in a medical emergency.
Treating an ectopic pregnancy is excluded from the definition of abortion.
The permission in the Act is that pathway plus the definitional exclusions the statute writes. The fetched text does not list rape or incest as a permitted ground.
That is a negative finding from the same primary text. This page will not invent a “no rape or incest exception” sentence as if those words appeared in the Code.

No woman upon whom an abortion is performed or attempted shall be criminally or civilly liable under this Act. That sentence is the woman upon whom an abortion is performed or attempted. It is not a clinic.
What a person still needs
A nurse. A rape-crisis number. A pregnancy center that will not lecture her. Confirmation that there is a pregnancy, that it is in the uterus, and how far along. Those are body facts. They do not wait on a legislature. A listed center may do the test or the ultrasound at their location.
